Resident Mary, a retired English Teacher, celebrated her 75th birthday with a lunch on the patio. Joined by her daughter, Margaret, and Wellness Care friends, we all dined, sang and enjoyed a scrumptious cake made of chocolates with fresh strawberries. Knowing of her love for gardening, Margaret gave her Mom a lovely stone planter (heart-shaped) containing succulents as a gift, and a beautiful necklace. It was a very Happy Birthday!
