It is common to see a beach ball being batted around the crowd of a rock concert. This is the Wellness Care Senior Living at Ojai version of this fun group activity. Activity Director Raquel gathers a crowd on the patio in a semi-circle. For safety, everyone is seated. They use their feet to kick the ball back and forth. They work on coordination, get some exercise, take in the fresh air and enjoy themselves.
